As a small business, we pride ourselves on moving fast. We've structured our shipping operations to be transparent, reliable, and straightforward.
Order Processing & Cut-off Times
Our goal is to get your inventory to you as quickly as possible without sacrificing precision.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday - Friday) are typically processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the next business day.
- If an item requires backordering, your dedicated account manager will notify you immediately with updated ETAs.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We utilize live carrier calculated shipping at checkout to ensure you get the absolute best rate without any hidden handling fees. We partner primarily with UPS and FedEx.
Standard Ground
Delivery in 3-5 business days. The most cost-effective option for routine stock replenishment.
Expedited (2-Day / Overnight)
For urgent event setups or critical clinical needs. Time restrictions apply.
Ordering in Bulk? Freight shipping is available for palleted orders. Please contact us directly to arrange LTL freight logistics.
Damages & Liability
Once a package leaves our distribution center, liability transfers to the carrier. However, we are your partner and will fight on your behalf if things go wrong.
- If your package arrives severely damaged, do not discard the packaging.
- Take clear photos of the damaged box and the affected products immediately.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can initiate a claim with the carrier and explore replacement options for you.
