Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

To maintain our heavily discounted wholesale pricing, we process returns systemically. Our policy ensures absolute safety and quality control for all our partners.

The 14-Day Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

  • The item must be in entirely new, pristine condition with all original packaging, blank warranty cards, and manuals intact.
  • Items must not show any signs of use or wear.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subjected to a minimum 15% restocking fee at our total discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned once opened (original packaging cannot be unsealed):

  • Photography & Tech: Software, film, paper, DVDs, bulbs, flash tubes, batteries, ink cartridges, laptops, computers, tablets, drones, and memory cards.
  • Medical Supplies: For absolute safety and sanitation, any sterile supplies, PPE, or clinical disposables cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
  • Special Orders: Custom B2B bulk orders or specialized non-stock items.

If any of the above items are returned opened or unsealed, the return will be rejected and the merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense.


Return Authorization (RMA)

We do not accept blind returns under any circumstances. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any product back to our facility.

  • Contact your dedicated rep or our support team via the Contact form to initiate the RMA.
  • The RMA number must be visibly written on the outside shipping box (never on the original product packaging).
  • Return shipping costs and transit insurance are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to an error on our end.

Defective Merchandise

If you receive an item that appears defective out-of-the-box, it is typically subject to the original manufacturer's warranty. However, please contact us within 14 days and we will help facilitate the warranty claim or exchange directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
